About Julie

An accomplished Realtor since 2005, Julie prides herself on her ability to truly listen to her clients and tailor her services to match their needs, whether buying or selling. Her extensive knowledge of and nearly two decades of experience within both the Chicago and Western Suburban markets allow her to educate her clients and be a trusted advisor as they navigate the real estate market.

Realizing that buying or selling a home may be one of the most important decisions a person can make, Julie finds that building a relationship with her clients is the best way to make that process as smooth and successful an experience as possible. Her clients know that with her, they have a strong partner who has their best interests as her top priority and whom they can trust to help guide them through the process. She has built a reputation, both with her clients and with colleagues in the industry, based on professionalism, collaboration, and integrity.

Readily available whenever her clients need her, Julie remains their go-to for "all things real estate", long after the transaction is complete. This approach is part of why she has earned such a strong referral business over the years. The majority of Julie's business comes as recommendations from previous clients, which she feels is the strongest testament to her work ethic and greatly appreciates as the most essential aspect of her business growth.

Julie was based out of the West Town for over ten years, and focused on Chicago neighborhoods such as Wicker Park, Logan Square, and the West Loop. As a resident of Oak Park since 2004, she also provides extensive in-depth knowledge of Oak Park, River Forest, and other neighboring Western Suburbs as well. She continues to grow her business almost equally in both Chicago and the near West Suburbs. In 2020, she joined the top-producing LAKE Group at Compass, a client-centric team devoted to delivering concierge-level service, as a way to provide an even higher standard of service to her buyers and sellers.

Julie currently resides in a 100+ year old home in Oak Park that she and her husband renovated, along with their three children and their dog, Pudge. Born and raised in a suburb of St. Louis, Julie has also lived in Indiana where she attended Purdue University, the San Francisco Bay Area for three years post-college where she worked in marketing & sales, and as an expat for three years with her family in Singapore. Julie is dedicated to helping her clients find their own "dream home" while feeling supported by a knowledgeable and caring friend in the industry whose highest priority is their utmost satisfaction.
