About Julie
Julie is passionate about helping sellers, buyers and investors across the Main Line suburbs of Philadelphia and surrounding areas. A lifelong resident of the Main Line, Julie loves sharing her in-depth knowledge and local insight of the area. In addition to providing a collaborative and curated luxury experience tailored to meeting and exceeding her clientsʼ needs and goals, Julie prioritizes building relationships with her clients that extend long after closing. She is compassionate as she listens, guides and advises you through one of the most exciting, financially impactful and sometimes challenging transition and transaction of a lifetime.

When you work with Julie, you can expect community expertise, local market knowledge and effective communication. For her listings, she creates a multi-layered custom marketing plan and pricing strategy to tell the unique story of your home so buyers will fall in love with it. Working with buyers, Julie guides you through the process step by step, ensures that you have access to all available inventory, including off market properties, and helps you make your offer standout to purchase your dream home. Her access to the latest technology, an extensive network of like-minded agents, and trusted community resources will help you sell or buy with the best results and minimal stress.

Julie is a member of the Main Line Fine Homes Team, a top producing team as per Real Trends with sales in the top 1.5%. She has been recognized as a Five Star Professional from 2019-2023 and a Rising Star in 2016.

Additionally, Julie is a co-founder of a local women's networking group dedicated to mentoring other female business owners, nurturing professional development, and expanding each other's community resources and network.
