A Seattle- native—she is a Holy Names grad & proud Husky. Julie loves the rich history of local neighborhoods, and their distinctive properties and stories. She has an intimate understanding of the , providing expert insight her clients, whether they are buying selling. Julie loves helping her clients find a home both their current and future needs. She finds it exciting watch the path their lives take; from couples purchasing their first home, the they need when expecting their third child. Whether she’s helping young professionals who seek residences suit their evolving lifestyles as their careers grow, empty nesters that are just ready downsize and relax—Julie is able understand and meet the needs of the clients her community. Each client is unique, and Julie is passionate about fulfilling and exceeding their expectations during the entire buying and selling experience. Julie lives in Madison with her two busy, adorable boys. James, 6, is Kindergarten at St. Joe’s and Ed, 10 months, attends Mother’s Place.
