About Julian

As a Pacific Northwest native and a father of four, Julian Flunder brings a local’s perspective to the current housing market. Born in Tacoma, living most of his life in Mill Creek, Julian values being a part of the close-knit society that exists in the Seattle area. If Julian looks familiar to you, it’s probably because you’ve seen him either coaching his daughter’s soccer practice or cheering on his other daughter at her softball games around the Eastside of Seattle-- where Julian lives with his wife and children. As a member of the community himself, Julian is intimately tuned into the market and needs of buyers.

Julian’s experience in real estate spans almost a decade. Throughout the course of his career, Julian has become a specialist in land acquisition, selling and acquiring countless properties for his clients; ultimately becoming one of the top agents at his previous company. However, while Julian has always been interested and enthusiastic about land development and negotiations, his most significant interest and passion sets him apart. That is, his interest in and care for people.

Having worked in the service industry from a young age and bartended his way through college, Julian understands people and values his relationships with his clients above all else. He adopts a solution-based approach to compliment his client’s busy lives and schedules, all while finding them their dream home or property. Julian also works on the selling end, making simple what can often be a laborious process with his team that can renovate or remodel a home to get it ready for sale, taking all the stress of selling and buying off his clients.

Julian also works with developers and finds it rewarding and interesting to discover and source land for his larger clients. Julian is a co-principal of The Foote and Flunder Team. With his long career in real estate, and his lifelong knowledge of the area, Julian has valuable and keen insights into the distinct communities and markets in the greater Seattle and Puget Sound area.
