"We are so grateful we had Julia in our corner throughout the purchase of our brownstone. We became a team from the beginning and during the entire process she was dedicated, supportive and reassuring. We've only just moved to the US so we heavily relied on Julia's knowledge of the local area and her vast network of experts for finance, insurance, legal and construction to navigate the process. There is no way we could have gotten the sale across the line without her, she consistently went above and beyond to ensure we stayed informed and supported. Julia has a true passion for helping her clients, at the end of the process you end up with a new home and a wonderful new friend. She's a true gem!" - Emma Neath, Owner | 59 Cheever Pl, Brooklyn | 6/15

"Working with Julia was the best decision I've made while looking to rent out my unit in Fort Greene. She masterfully managed challenging leaving-tenant constraints, while executing a seamless but thorough process of searching for a new one. She provided me with great service, organized a distinctive open house experience and her recommendations were always on target. Julia's dedication and results all around were above and beyond the expected. She added value to my property rental and found me a great tenant, for whom the experience was also positive. Thank you Julia!" - Gustavo Waizbrot, Owner | 1 Rockwell Pl, 2C, Brooklyn | 11/04

About Julia

Julia was born and raised in the historic village of Roslyn, NY on the North shore of Long Island. Spending her childhood weekends exploring the streets of New York City while helping in her family’s furniture store, Julia developed a deep love for the architectural design and uniqueness of the ever-changing city.

Hard work, attention to detail, and trustworthiness are the key traits Julia brings to meet and exceed her client’s needs. After attending The University of Colorado, Julia founded Hiho Batik, a lifestyle clothing brand that grew to international recognition with multiple brick and mortar locations in Miami and New York. Over 20 years serving her fashion forward clientele, Julia learned the importance of and value in quickly identifying and understanding her customer's needs in order to respond proactively and pivot as required.

As a Brooklyn resident since 2012 and an active parent at PS29 in Cobble Hill, Julia’s roots run deep in the community. Julia currently lives in Carroll Gardens in an 1890’s brownstone with her husband, two teens and their dog “Goldie”.

When not working with clients Julia can be found in the ceramics studio, painting or skiing with her family.
