About Julia
Julia has earned a reputation for her expertise, diligence, service, and care among her clients and colleagues alike. She always puts her clients first, whether a studio renter, a townhouse buyer, or anyone in between.

Julia’s real estate career began in 2013 with Jing Chen, representing new development landlords and high-end luxury buyers. Her comprehensive understanding of the rental and sales markets and how they interact with each other has proven especially useful to investors.

In 2016 she was recruited by Extell Development, becoming their youngest on-site agent. Julia worked at the iconic One57 and launched both One Manhattan Square and EVGB’s sales and leasing efforts, setting price per square foots in each sub-market. Representing one of New York’s most prestigious developers set a new standard for Julia’s level of service and care. She is always focused on her clients’ needs and happiness and is diligent about the details when it comes to closing a deal.

In 2019, Julia was invited to rejoin the Jing Chen Team in the role of Team Manager. She brings years of development and marketing experience to the table and was drawn in by the team’s success and Compass’s constant innovation in its real estate technology and marketing tools.

In a real estate market as overwhelming as New York’s, it pays to have an expert at your side. “Finding a home should be exciting, not harrowing. I want to relieve my clients of the burden so they can begin to envision their futures.” A homeowner herself, she can confidently and calmly walk you through the purchasing process.

Julia is a native New Yorker and has an encyclopedic knowledge of Manhattan’s neighborhoods, buildings, and price trends. She is a graduate of The Spence School on the Upper East Side and an alumna at Smith College and NYU.

In her spare time, Julia loves to cook new recipes, write short stories, and hike in the Hudson Valley (and beyond, when she can get out of the city).
