Fine Arts and Interior Design have always been passions of mine. I began working in residential design after receiving a BFA in Interior Architecture from California College of the Arts (formerly California College of Arts & Crafts). This was followed by a business development position at a major LA architectural firm and later as an owner's rep on a 600-unit condo conversion. Inevitably, I found my way into real estate sales. This was more than 30 years ago and I have never looked back.
Adding to my skillset is a solid grasp of contract language and legalese from my early years working with attorneys. Since transactions are typically "paper" intensive and fast-paced, these tools have been very valuable. My biggest priority is keeping everything on track so that both buyer and seller can conclude a sale with trust and confidence that the process served them well.
Approaching negotiations from a "win-win" perspective has equated to consistently smooth transactions and a positive reputation among my peers.
Currently, I am a member of the Neighborhood Issues Committee of the Echo Park Improvement Association, helping to guide new residential and commercial growth in my community.
