Because I live out of state from where the property was located, I needed someone who was a master at coordinating workmen to do repairs, knowing those that provide quality workmanship, and still keeping the costs down. "Joyce was amazing. From the first day we met her, she has been nothing but helpful. She had obviously done her research on the property, had excellent suggestions for any deficiencies that might occur, including relationships with cleaners, and other repairmen who were competent. She was also very 'hands on' in assisting with the staging process, and other minor and major improvements that had to be made. She was (is) very good to work with as a person. She was open to suggestions, explained everything in great detail, and was always there for us if we needed to contact her. She would be the first realtor I would seek if I had another house to sell. I cannot recommend her more highly as both a professional real estate agent, and as a wonderful person to work with. Five stars are not enough.
