About Josiah

Josiah graduated from the University of Washington where he received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Finance from the Michael Foster School of Business. He enjoys utilizing his analytical background to provide clients with a unique perspective on asset valuation and market characteristics to ensure they are well informed when making the decision to buy or sell some of the greatest financial assets they will ever own. Josiah has had the pleasure to work with many investors, builders, and developers in order to take raw land and develop it into finished lots for maximum value-added, but he also likes to help families find the right home or buyer for their home as well.

Josiah was trained by the Washington State Housing Finance Commission in order to train first time home buyers on how to get grant assistance for a first time home purchase. He is also a licensed drone pilot in order to serve his clients with unique services paired with his marketing and sales knowledge that he has spent countless hours and postgraduate dollars to learn.

Josiah is a certified Probate Expert who helps families retain their family legacies by helping settle estates and keep as much money as possible. After watching his father go through the experience of navigating probate on behalf of his family, he knew he wanted to help others in need.

When Josiah is not serving clients, you can find him in the outdoors, on a tennis court, or hanging out with his family. Josiah loves to travel and loves to help people reach their real estate investment goals.
