Joshua Merillat

A Houston native, raised in Huntsville and Conroe and a Veteran of the United States Army specializing in communications. Josh attended The University of Mary Hardin-Baylor as well as Liberty University studying Business Leadership and Management.

After serving in the Army, Josh moved back to the Houston area, fostered and adopted his amazing daughter and became a Licensed Code Enforcement Officer; serving the citizens and businesses of The Woodlands as the Senior Compliance Officer with The Woodlands Township.

With a passion for wanting to make a difference in the lives of those he meets, his love of our local communities and the support of his partner, Josh made the decision to pursue a career as a Real Estate Agent.
