About Josh
Josh Steck's exceptional career in real estate is evident through his consistent ranking in the top 1% of real estate agents in metro Denver and receiving the Excellence Award from the Denver Metro Association of REALTORS® for seven years. His passion for real estate is deeply ingrained, as he believes he was "designed" for this career. His track record serves as a testament to his genuine love for working with people.
Having started his career in 2008 with a boutique brokerage, Josh later launched his own brokerage, Steck Real Estate, focusing on residential real estate, investments, and multi-unit properties in Denver. After a decade of owning his own brokerage, Josh made the decision to join Kentwood Real Estate, drawn to the company's professionalism. After 4 years at Kentwood, Josh recognized that he needed more technology at his fingertips to better serve his clientele. In Aprill of 2024, Josh made the move to Compass, the most innovative and technology driven brokerage in the market.
While listing, staging, and selling homes is Josh's professional passion, community service is his personal joy. Alongside his wife, Carlee, he volunteers for the Denver Santa Claus Shop, ensuring that children in need receive Christmas presents. Additionally, he sits on the board of the historic Denver estate, the Downing House, which has been a hub of fellowship and mentorship for over 50 years.
Outside of his professional and community commitments, Josh enjoys fishing, biking, and skiing. As a father of two boys and a girl, his home in Cherry Hills Village is always bustling with activity, which he humorously refers to as "controlled chaos."
Josh Steck's multifaceted dedication to real estate, community service, and family life exemplifies his genuine passion and commitment to making a positive impact in the Denver area.
