Living in NJ at the time, I knew I needed an agent in Northern VA who was watchful, responsive, organized, knowledgeable, and professional. Throughout the year, he checked in with me and we discussed various areas and properties so that he could get a better idea of what my priorities were before moving. During one of my work travels to the area earlier this fall, we looked at a few properties, one of which I wanted to place an offer on.
