After growing up on Long Island’s South Shore, I’ve proudly called New York City home for over 35 years. I’ve lived in Greenwich Village, Gramercy, the Upper West Side, Queens, and Carroll Gardens—where I’ve raised my two children, both now in college. Living across these neighborhoods has given me a deep, firsthand understanding of the distinct character and nuances of Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens.

My path to real estate started in Manhattan, working in hospitality and retail before transitioning into the financial industry, where I developed strong sales and negotiation skills. I soon realized real estate was the perfect intersection of my interests—architecture, business, and, most importantly, people.

With 25 years in the business, I bring seasoned insight and a steady hand to every transaction. I’ve represented cooperatives, condominiums, townhouses, and new development properties—both for sale and rent—across prime and emerging neighborhoods throughout the city. Clients know me for my patience, tenacity, enthusiasm, and sense of humor, all of which help guide them confidently through the process.

Outside of real estate, I’m a dedicated fan of English Premier League football and enjoy spending time outdoors—especially at the beach, fishing, or boating. And if there’s ever a quiet moment, you’ll likely find me rewatching Lawrence of Arabia, still my all-time favorite film.
