A D Magazine Best Real Estate Agent for ten years running, Jordan Rosen doesn’t see real estate as an occupation, it’s her passion. Jordan caught the real estate bug early, thanks to her dad, who worked in commercial real estate. Now she devotes all of her passion and energy to helping her clients, whether it’s listing their home to sell or finding the perfect home to start a new chapter.
In 2013, she earned her Texas real estate license. Working first in Houston, then in Dallas, she learned the ropes from some of the top real estate agents in Texas before branching out on her own. She fell in love with each of Dallas’s unique neighborhoods and communities. There’s truly something for everyone—from the walkability of Knox-Henderson to the excellent schools in Park Cities and Lakewood to the expansive lots in Preston Hollow to the fun and eclectic character of the Bishop Arts District.
Jordan specializes in the markets of Devonshire, Bluffview, Preston Hollow, Highland Park, East Dallas, Knox-Henderson/Uptown, and other areas in Dallas Proper. She loves playing matchmaker, enjoying nothing more than helping clients find the perfect neighborhood and home, whether they’re moving across town or across the country. “I work hard to bring my clients as many opportunities as possible, which often includes exclusive properties not yet on the market,” Jordan says.
A constant student of the market, she uses her extensive knowledge, attention to detail, communication, and responsiveness to make sure her clients are informed and prepared every step of the way. “I pride myself on giving my clients million-dollar service at any price point,” she says.
Over the past decade, Jordan has built relationships with the best stagers, photographers, and tradespeople in the Dallas area. When it comes time to sell, she makes all of her resources available to her clients. It’s just one of the reasons she consistently sells homes at record prices in record time.
In January 2022, Jordan and her husband, Jonathan, joined forces to create The Rosen Group. The couple shares the philosophy that real estate should be about relationships, not transactions. For The Rosen Group, it’s never about a single closing. Jordan and Jonathan strive to build relationships that bring clients back again and again because their clients know they have their best interests at heart.
