About Jordan
Jordan Euson began his career in Real Estate in October 2012 with CMK Development
and joined Compass in 2018. Since the start of his career, Jordan has been involved in
over $250,000,000 in Real Estate transactions. He also is the former chairman of the
Chicago Association of Realtors Audit Committee and is currently an active member of
Chicago Association of Realtors Finance Committee.
As a Real Estate Broker, he has a unique understanding of the exciting, yet emotional
process of investing in a new home. Jordan takes pride in ensuring that buyers will
receive the highest level of service, whether relocating, investing, or buying their first
home. In addition to helping buyers and sellers find their perfect home.
Jordan also has a unique understanding of Real Estate Development having assisted in
the sales of some of Chicago's most recognized projects including 4846 N Clark,
Backyard Andersonville, Basecamp River North, The Palmer in Logan Square, 530 W.
Dicken in Lincoln Park, Witamy Wicker Park, The Cuyler and Belle in the North Center
neighborhood. Most recently Jordan has spearheaded the sales for both The Seng
Lincoln Park and 921 Noble in Noble Square, two of Chicago’s largest single building
developments that are sold in partnership with the Chicago Housing Trust, whose
mission is to provide equitable, attainable and stable homeownership for Chicagoans.
Jordan, his wife Sarah, and daughters Ella and Kora, reside in the Roscoe Village
neighborhood of Chicago, where they enjoy nearby amenities, particularly the beach,
zoo and Wrigley Field. Over the years, he has also become actively involved in "My
Block My Hood My City" and is a proud supporter of "Adaptive Adventures", working
with individuals with disabilities looking to improve their quality of life through
recreational activities.
Jordan received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management, with a focus
in Real Estate Development, from Ivy College of Business at Iowa State University
