"Jonny is a great agent. He's always happy to answer any of our questions, which are a lot since we're first time home buyer. The man himself is also very knowledgeable regarding the housing market, providing objective and and a ton of info on properties in the area. At first, we weren't 100% sure about what we want and keep changing up the requirements but Jonny was extremely understanding, patient and tried his best to accommodate our needs. Every time we're interested in putting down an offer, he always came up with a strong strategy for us that would give us the highest chance of winning but also doesn't ruin our pocket. "Jonny is an amazing agent! We came up from Hawaii to purchase a home in Seattle. This was my first time buying a home, so it's difficult to know where to start but he was recommended to us family. Completely worth it, 10/10. I had no idea what I was doing but Jonny helped us every step of the way, going above and beyond. When we decided to start the home search, he made the time to meet up the next day! We probably looked at ten homes in the span of two days which was an adventure. "Jonathan helped me with purchasing a new home. He always informed me every single step of the process. He went the extra miles to make sure the process went smoothly. For example: due to my busy work schedule, I forgot to give the deposit check to the escrow. I called him the very last minute and he was willing to pick up and drop off my deposit check for me when I was at work. He offered to take care some of the loan requirements for me as well to the point that my loan officer contacted him when my loan officer needed more info and could not get a hold of me.
