Joni brings to Gibson International her background as an educator and administrator, with two U. C. L. A. masters degrees, one in Gifted Education and Administration, and, after many years of teaching and teacher training, the creation of the Gifted and Talented Education program for grades 1-12 for the Culver City School District.
She was also the long-time producer of a television program that took her throughout the world interviewing people about education and discussing personal growth and communication skills.
