"Over the past twelve years, we have been clients of Jonathan’s for two projects: a major renovation of a large (4,500 square feet) condominium apartment and the sale and marketing of a condominium unit. Both efforts were in Austin, Texas. The renovation project was complex with a budget of two million dollars. Jonathan served as project manager.
