He holds their hands through the entire process giving them the confidence to make sound decisions. Although many will feel pressure when purchasing a home, it will not be from John. He has a zero-pressure approach to selling Real Estate - he believes the key to making the right decision is to not make that decision under duress. He empowers his client's with information and together they work to create a path forward that is in his client's best interest.
John has lived in Austin for over 25 years and has a deep knowledge of what makes Austin special and "weird." He can tell you which swimming hole has the best water for splashing down, he can tell you which cliffs at Lake Travis are family friendly for jumping, he knows where to get the best Cuban sandwich, and he can tell you about every neighborhood and why people choose to live there. Austin is a unique city and it takes a unique person to truly understand everything it has to offer.
John left the corporate world in 2012. He was a sales director responsible for selling Ad Tech Platforms to Fortune 500 publishing companies. He was very successful in negotiating multi-million dollar ad-serving/master service agreements. His experience with negotiating highly sensitive contracts has put him in a position to successfully create leverage that benefits his clients. He has successfully transferred his experience to relate well in the Real Estate industry.
