About John
John moved to Santa Barbara in 1978 to attend UCSB and play on their nationally ranked men’s volleyball team. A 40-year veteran of the real estate industry, John’s career spans real estate syndication, commercial and residential income property, property management, and residential brokerage. He also managed the SB Association of REALTORS and MLS for 9 years. He joined Compass in January of 2016, and is one of the 4 original founding managers for Compass in Southern California. With three grown kids, John lives with his wife Gina and their 2 Bernese Mountain dogs.
