Born and raised in Miami with a diverse background in real estate, John Maderal combines a deep-rooted knowledge of the market with a commitment to high-caliber customer service and strategic development. He represents buyers, sellers, renters and investors throughout Monroe, Miami-Dade and Broward Counties, with a focus on luxury and pre-construction homes and condominiums in Princeton, Saga Bay, Cutler Cay, Palmetto Bay, Pinecrest, Kendall, South Miami, Coral Gables and Miami.
John grew up surrounded by real estate – both sales and construction – through his immediate and extended family, sparking a passion in the industry from an early age. After working for several years in construction with his father, he became an agent and devoted himself to studying targeted areas in the market, learning the sales history of the region, connecting with people and utilizing every skill and resource at his disposal to streamline the process and bring their goals to fruition. He listens as well as he speaks, giving clients the confidence to communicate and collaborate openly as he educates them throughout the real estate journey and guides them to the finish line.
