"It is impossible to explain how amazing John Dunn was as an agent- there are simply too many ways in which he went over and beyond in his representation. But still, in this review, I'll try to give some glimpse of John, and how he ensured that we were well-represented. My wife and I were first-time-home-buyers looking to buy property in Fairfield County knowing nearly nothing about the area. We were attracted to the strong school districts in that area, so on a whim, we decided to fly out to New York/Connecticut from California to look at properties. John was one of many agents that we considered retaining, but after meeting John, he stood out among all the agents as the most honest and experienced. Our first meeting was at a property that we loved and would later call home. Within hours of landing, John helped quickly negotiate a sales price. The close was not an easy one. We had a fast escrow timeline and needed John to represent our interests while we were in California. It was clear immediately that he was spectacular. Any time we needed someone to run out to the property, John was there within minutes. Problems that occurred at the property were immediately remedied because of John's extensive contacts and relationships in the area. When problems occurred with our lender, John was able to navigate solutions. After closing, John even saved us possibly thousands of dollars by checking on our pipes and making sure they were not freezing. Buying a house is a stressful process, very stressful, but John made buying our first home smooth and easy, and constantly made us feel at ease because of his fastidiousness and personal attention. Putting our trust in him was the best decision we made. We knew nothing about buying a house and he looked out for us at every turn.
