For as long as he can remember John has been obsessed with all thing’s real estate and construction. In his younger years he picked up every free real estate magazine and home plan book he could get his hands on, watched the local Sunday real estate home shows on TV and made his parents drive through every new home development they came across. Even today, his wife will tell you “If you can’t get his attention, it’s because he is zoned in on a real estate website or a show on HGTV.” John is driven by his people-first philosophy, he wants to know your goals, your aspirations, how you live your life. He loves to help both buyers and sellers through all facets of their real estate journey. Whether it’s your first home, your dream home or anything in between, John will be there with you every step of the way. But in the end, real estate is only transactional, the relationship lasts forever. As a member of the Lisa Sevajian Group at Compass John specializes in areas north of Boston, specifically the Merrimack Valley and parts of the North Shore. John is originally from Lynnfield but has made his home in the Merrimack Valley for the past 18 years. He currently lives in Haverhill with his wife Melissa, his two boys and their Bernese Mountain dog Finnegan.
