About Joey
A native of Massillon Ohio, Joey grew up working in the family business which focused on construction and real estate investment. The venture to Los Angeles took place in 2000 after attaining a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering. Upon arrival, the first order of business was recording an album with his band and establishing his construction business in Hollywood.
Earning his General Contractors license in 2003, Joey has completed several recording studio build-outs and countless residential, commercial and retail renovations throughout Los Angeles. His construction expertise has also led to him to a position as Project Manager for large public works construction projects in excess of 70 Million. Being passionate about Music, Architecture, and Construction, the transition to real estate in Los Angeles has been seamless.
