Joelle is not your typical realtor. Joelle is the best realtor! Joelle takes the time to understand exactly what you are looking. She spends time talking thru the entire process. We spent about an hour on a video call where she explained the buying process and even strategies we could use when it came down to making an offer. We were first time homebuyers with very little knowledge, so this was super helpful. We were looking in both MA and NH and she explained and educated us on the differences of buying in both states. We were specifically looking for a house with an in law for my elderly parents. The first open house we went to, she gave us her honest perspective on the in law if she was buying for her parents. (too many stairs for elderly parents, etc) When any other realtor mightā€™ve pushed us to make an offer. The second open house she actually found. I wasnā€™t super keen on the pictures but it was exactly what we were looking for. She helped us talk strategy to ensure our offer would be accepted and it was!
