"When you are buying or selling a home, I feel the most important aspect of your agent is that they completely understand who YOU are. Anyone can ask what size closets you want and if you want an open kitchen or not, but few take the time to truly understand your lifestyle and how your day to day needs align with what your home should look and feel like.
From the moment I first met Joe, he was more concerned about getting to know ME and MY FAMILY and less about what I might like. A great agent is a matchmaker. A Cupid of sorts for home matching to a homeowner.
We all are well aware how time consuming and overwhelming the process can be, so you truly need to trust the person who is managing the process and that they are more concerned about your happiness and less about their next payday. You need to feel they are being completely honest, even if it isn’t what you want to hear. You need to be able to TRUST that this person is taking your search as serious as they would their own. Even to the day I was loading my moving vans and he was out there loading with me and my family, Joe showed he wasn’t just about a check because i had no future business to offer this man as I left the state for Good, yet he was still there to help when I needed him most.

While Joe loves helping local friends buy and sell, he also enjoys working with buyers who are relocating to the area – mostly because it allows him to share the city he loves with folks from coast-to-coast and everywhere in between. He has helped buyers from as far away as Beijing make Pittsburgh their home. Thriving on the challenge of finding people a home they’ll love, he knows the right neighborhood is every bit as important as the right property. As such, his first meeting with buyers often involves acquainting them with the area, schools, and even where to find the best pizza! Willing to go to great lengths to find the right fit, he has even been known to coordinate private tours of schools for his clients. His love for supporting locally owned business is something you always hear him talking about. He has been an active Make A Wish volunteer for the past 11 years. An avid sports fan but most importantly he loves watching and coaching his two boys, Maddox and Beckett on the baseball diamond. He resides with his wife Danielle and two boys in Mt Lebanon in the South Hills of Pittsburgh.
