I could call him anytime and he always responded very fast. That's I was missing form other realtors. In additions he help us with other necessary things what we needed to get the house. Since we are artists and we needed it good basement with potential for our studio we choose this house( very artistic). It was very difficult to negotiate price with the seller. I regret we didn't put little less offer and took the risk. We wanted to get house so Joseph gave us the advice to put the offer with full price. So we did it and we got the house. We like the house but it needs some repairs. It is always hard to get the house you really want for better deal. Sometimes to get the discount is not possible and it is not mistake of the good realtor. Thanks a lot to Joseph and his assistant Jay for wonderful job!
