About Jody E.

Born and raised in northern California to an architect and a real-estate attorney, Jody the ideal foundation for selling and buying homes. Over the course of 30 years of running successful businesses and developing properties together, Jody’s parents taught her the value of commitment, collaboration, and the spirit of entrepreneurship.

While starring in the 400-meter hurdles for the University of California at Davis, Jody managed a specialty running store, selling apparel and planning large racing events. After graduating in 1992, Jody managed Gap stores for several years before pursuing an opportunity as a Homeowner Claim Specialist with State Farm Insurance. As a member of the National Catastrophe Team, she traveled across the country, helping thousands of policy-holders recover from devastating storms.

She moved to Denver in 1998 with Matthew, her husband, and started a family with the birth of their daughter, Shelby. Over the next few years, Jody and her family purchased and remodeled two Denver homes. She developed a passion for home improvement projects and design.

Jody took her entrepreneurial spirit and passion for homes to the world of real estate, becoming a realtor in 2003 and founding a brokerage in 2005. Following her vision and core values, Jody has built a reputation for outstanding service, helping buyers and sellers in Metro Denver while attracting top-performing realtors to join her team.

Jody is an avid golfer and jigsaw puzzler who enjoys gourmet cooking.
