"I credit Jodi with getting my house sold this year....she's a drill Sargent, but with patience. She helped me stay accountable for getting things done and meeting deadlines. She was also was more realistic than me about the time it would take to get things done. She had me a full price signed contract within 24hrs of listing, I was ecstatic. But then things turned ugly (like a flooded basement the same night I got the signed contract) Jodi was in there problem solving to get it resolved, she was at the disaster scene before I was, she was there to help when things just got overwhelming. Jodi motivated me to get the place gleaming and sold! And then she did it a second time when I had to refinish the basement! I appreciated that Jodi listened to my input and opinions, which sometimes differed from hers. She is willing to graciously compromise but not until she tells you her opinion, which I discovered is usually right on the money.
