About Jodi
Jodi has lived on the Lower East Side of Manhattan in Seward Park Cooperative for 20 years. She immediately fell in love with the community because of its history, the wide-open green space surrounding the area, and her neighbors. Jodi has forged ties to the community by serving on the coop’s Board of Directors for 3 years, and currently serving on the Board of Directors of The Seward Park Conservancy, a non-profit organization established to care and advocate for Seward Park, a public park steeped in American history. Through service on these boards, Jodi has strong relationships with local leaders and businesses. She knows everything there is to know about Seward Park Cooperative, including every apartment layout and view. She also has vast knowledge of the local market trends. Jodi recognizes the unique benefits of living and working in this area of Manhattan and passionately enjoys showing off her neighborhood.
