She earned a bachelor's degree in business administration and airline management from Hawthorne College in Antrim, New Hampshire. She holds a paralegal certification from Roosevelt University in Chicago and an associate's degree in interior design from the New York School of Interior Design. Joanne also holds an FAA Private Pilot license and FAA Aircraft Dispatcher license. Passionate about giving back, she serves on the advisory board for The Hope Gala which raises money to fight pediatric cancer. When she's not hard at work, Joanne enjoys flying, cycling and travel.
