Jo Rickard

Jo is a Nashville, TN native and has lived in Howard County for over 25 years. Top notch customer service has always been her passion. There’s nothing she won’t do for her clients! She studied theatre at Carnegie Mellon and NYU’s Tisch School for The Arts. She loves to make people laugh and it’s that quality that helps make this process as fun and stress free as possible. Her natural desire to help people led her to run a successful massage therapy practice in Columbia for 20 years. Jo’s goal is to be there every step of way the so her clients know they have all the information they need to make the best decision. As one client said “we felt she had our best interests in mind and really helped us make informed and educated decisions”. Jo is well versed not only in the counties but in Baltimore City as well.

Outside of real estate Jo loves to travel the world exploring off the beaten path places, loves all things Disney, has a passion for wine and has declared every Friday as Champagne Friday (also one of her favs)! Her office mascot/assistant is a tiny teacup chihuahua named Coco Chanel. She’s not very helpful but she’s super adorable!
