About Jonathan
Creative, warm, attentive and knowledgeable, Jonathan’s focus is directed powerfully at the needs and desires of his clients.

A lifelong interest in the visual arts led him to Wesleyan University and an architecture professor there became a mentor and then later an employer. Jonathan gained experience in New Haven not only as a designer, but also as a skilled fabricator and furniture maker. However, with his hometown never far from his mind and a desire to bring his strong interpersonal skills to bear alongside his design acumen, he moved back to the Boston area and began his career in local real estate.

For over 17 years, he has enjoyed working as an expert guide for his clients; a guide for both the built environment, and for the high-stakes landscape of the local market. He is equally as skillful in helping his clients re-imagine a difficult floor plan as he is helping them recognize a truly unique opportunity. Adept at divining the market and with a keen eye towards local trends, he provides his clients with the most considered data and advice. Jonathan finds tremendous satisfaction whether enabling a buyer to secure their dream home, or providing a seller with outstanding marketing and a smooth transaction.

Jonathan lives on Spring Hill with his wife and young daughter on the top two floors of their two-family home. Purchased 10 years ago, it had been in the same family for 60 years and vacant for the last two. Turning it into a modern and vibrant home for his family has been a true labor of love and he has relished designing and managing all of the renovations with a careful hand.

When not working with clients or cycling between showings, he can be most often found outside. At neighborhood playgrounds with his daughter, running along the Charles with her in the stroller, or out with the whole family on their tandem bike for a ride--or even just out for a walk around town--he loves this intensely smart, vibrant, eclectic and electrifying part of the world.
