About Jim
Jim St. André is one of New York's most respected, innovative and successful brokers. Having generated over $730 Million in sales in 2021 alone, many of those transactions resulted in industry-wide, record-setting sales in the West Village, Chelsea, the Upper East Side and Nolita.
St. André's clients appreciate his highly discrete, patient and thoughtful approach which he continues to refine and re-invent after 19 years in the business. Jim utilizes a scientific and analytic methodology in identifying, valuing and marketing properties. This includes highly bespoke and sub-market specific comp information and market analysis as well as proprietary information which has helped his clients buy and sell some of New York's most compelling properties and transact at optimal pricing levels.
St. André has also quietly put together some of Manhattan's largest deals: pairing luminaries in the worlds of Finance, Art, Real Estate and Tech in record-setting and market-defining transactions. He is adept at identifying off-market properties, negotiating complicated deals and collaborating with renowned architects, landmarks experts and designers to help his clients realize the full potential of the properties they purchase.
Jim lives in Westport, Connecticut with his wife, son and daughter. A former professional soccer player, he enjoys skiing with his family, helping coach his daughter’s soccer team and competing in cycling events with his son.
