After graduating the Boston College Carroll School of Management, Jim spent three decades owning and operating his own international live lobster business in Beverly, Massachusetts. His independent, hard-working character as a small business owner contributes to his strong foundation as a Realtor. He has worn many hats throughout his career - in buying, selling, negotiating, marketing, logistics, and connecting with customers worldwide. Matched with his outgoing personality and his ability to connect with anyone, Jim builds trust with his clients and employs his dependable, hard-working nature to achieve his clients’ home-buying or selling dreams.

Jim is extremely passionate and knowledgeable about the Sarasota area. He and his wife, Cindy, who grew up in Sarasota and is a UF graduate, were married on Siesta Key and have enjoyed years of local gatherings with family and friends. With its beautiful surroundings, rich culture, wonderful neighborhoods, and diverse, family-friendly restaurants, Sarasota is Jim’s paradise. In his off time, he tries to spend as much time with family and friends going to the beach, boating, golfing, traveling, or grilling (seafood is his specialty).
