About Jim
Jim honed his business and customer service skills over twenty-three years in Philadelphia’s catering industry. After selling his company to Brûlée Catering in 2010, he sought out his next career move. In 2013, Jim bought his first two residential flip projects in Philadelphia. Both projects exceeded expectations and sold quickly at the top of the market. The success of those projects, and another one outside of the city, led to the formation of Wheelhouse Investments. Owned and operated by Jim and his wife Robin, Wheelhouse has expanded on its model of renovating and restoring older homes to meet the needs of today’s buyers.
In addition, Jim utilizes his skillset to help clients find prime real estate investment opportunities. His understanding of a business’ needs and the local real estate market make him an ideal partner for growing companies. Whether it’s new construction, residential flips, multi-unit holds, retail space, or office and warehouse space that’s needed, he will work with you to fully understand your needs and options en route to a successful acquisition.
