"Jim Crowe helped my wife and I sell a townhouse in Alexandria and we were very pleased with the excellent service he provided. We previously lived in the property but had outgrown it. When we were unable to sell the property several years ago, we decided to rent it out. While the property was appreciating with each passing year, we were losing money each month on rent and HOA fees. We had work we wanted to do at our new house, but the expense of maintaining the rental property made it difficult. Selling the townhouse would allow us to finally upgrade our home.
