Jim Broscheā has built a solid reputation selling Ranches, Luxury Homes and Investment Properties throughout Texas. Drawing on that experience allowed Jim to play an integral role in founding the Compass Ranch & Land Division. While heās been recognized as a Top Producer numerous times by D Magazine, Fort Worth Magazine, 360 West Magazine and named one of the Top 500 Realtors in Dallas by Real Producers magazine, he realizes that while awards are nice, they donāt really tell you much about the person and what theyāre like to work with.
Unlike many Ranch Realtors, Jim not only sells High End property, he lives on his working Cattle Ranch in beautiful Bosque County. This first hand experience allows Jim to provide real world insights that are invaluable to both First Time and Seasoned Buyers and Sellers of Ranches, Farms, and Land. With a family background in Dairy and Citrus, Jim comes by his love of the land and the outdoors naturally!
After serving as a U.S. Army Officer, Jim worked in Sales and Management positions in a variety of industries, including Pharmaceuticals, Agricultural Fertilizer, and Real Estate Development. After selling his business ventures, Jim moved full time to his cattle ranch and decided to follow his passion. He combined his expertise in Ranch and Commercial Real Estate with his experience in Ranch Management and Improvement. His goal is to assist Buyers in finding their dream property and Sellers to effectively market theirs. Jimās service doesnāt end with the sale ā heās available to make recommendations on Equipment Purchases, Local Service Providers, Cattle and Land Management. Heās equally well versed in Building Projects from a Barn to a Chefās Kitchen.
Jim travels extensively throughout Texas and is comfortable and successful in Listing and Selling Luxury Homes and Ranch Properties throughout the State. In his free time, he enjoys Horseback Riding, Hunting, Fishing and Just Being Outdoors. Active in local charities, Jim is most proud his work with the Fort Worth Stock Show Syndicate, a small group of Fort Worth businessmen who raise money to buy the 4H and FFA students animals at the end of the Fort Worth Stock Show & Rodeo.
