About Jill
Jill Struck is the consummate people person. She believes that everyone has the right to feel secure and connected to their community. It was a desire to integrate people into the patchwork of their neighborhoods that drew her to real estate in the first place. Jill’s wish to share her love of the Conejo Valley and its surrounding areas with others has helped her become a top-producing real estate agent in the area for well over a decade, and she takes great pride in being part of people’s lives as they reach their property goals. Her enthusiasm for the community has seen her named a Nextdoor Neighborhood Favorite from 2017 to 2021.
Whether she’s assisting first-time buyers in finding their entry into the real estate market, helping sellers get top dollar, or guiding seniors through their downsizing journey, Jill’s empathetic passion for people and homes shines through. She loves building relationships with clients, and she always remembers that there are people and a story behind every transaction. By understanding clients’ needs, Jill offers straightforward and illuminating advice at the right time, empowering people to make informed decisions about their future.
Jill has a degree in Food Science and Technology from the University of California, Davis, and worked as a chemist and product developer in the corporate food industry before starting her career in real estate. The intricacies of science helped prepare her for the many details involved in a real estate transaction, and that background ensures she considers each variable so that her clients have a seamless experience.
An LA native, Jill raised her five children in the Conejo Valley with her husband, Patrick. As a master gardener, Jill relishes spending time with her hands in the soil, but she also makes time for entertaining, skiing, playing pickleball, boating on Westlake Lake, and doting on her grandchildren.
