""I’ve bought ten homes and sold eight. I currently own a home in California and a vacation home in France. In 45 years, I remember every single one of the 18 real estate agents I’ve worked with. I think that’s a pretty significant fact! It highlights that the experience of buying and selling a home can be a stressful, draining and devastating process or a smooth, professional and healthy stepping-stone-experience in life. The agent makes all the difference. I remember every agent because how they handled the purchase or sale of my home either made these life events either a stressful or rewarding experience. Jill Livingstone blew other agents out of the water with her high energy level, positive attitude and admirable work ethic. Jill was confident of her skill sets and of her added value. She captured my attention with her candor and willingness to literally spring into action to get my home in San Clemente on the market. Time was of the essence, and I knew it, and she heard me. That personal chemistry, the ability to feel heard, was important to me. Jill worked with me to set a budget for getting the house ready for market. ""I thought I would never hire a realtor to sell my property, I always thought how could they charge a 5% fee or more for simply posting an ad and bringing Perspective buyers in. When I met JILL, she first took me to several comparable homes that have been on the market for sometime, she pointed out exactly why the homes were not selling and then she laid out a program for me in detail to sell my home, along with a timeline of how everything was going to play out.
