About Jessica
Outstanding customer service is the hallmark of my business. Driven by the responsibility I feel toward my clients and the desire to have their real estate experience be a positive one, I work tirelessly on their behalf.  I provide personal attention to all of my clients and make myself readily available, whether it's in person, via phone calls, emails or texts.

The daughter of a real estate agent, I learned at a young age that the clients’ needs are paramount and that a successful transaction is one where the agent navigates the and shoulders the stress for her clients.  My background as an event planner trained me to remain calm and results-oriented during high-tension moments. They say buying a house and getting married are the two most stressful events in your life and I know how to expertly guide you through the process with some light moments and laughter along the way.

I have a depth of knowledge of the local real estate climate and am constantly educating myself about market data, trends and inventory. I love devising creative ways to market homes for sale or to achieve the winning bid for my buyers.  I firmly believe in the mission of Compass, which is “Our mission is to help everyone find their place in the world.”  I am dedicated to helping you achieve that.

I am an active part of the Duxbury Rural and Historical Society and served on its Board of Trustees for over 10 years. For this longtime commitment, I was honored as "Volunteer of the Year" in 2014. I am also active in the Duxbury Public School system and with the Duxbury High School football and wrestling programs.

I live in Duxbury with my husband, Joe Messina and our three dogs, Bubs, Addie and Bean. We became empty nesters when our son, Sam, left in August 2019 for Middlebury College, where he played football and graduated in 2024. When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time with my friends and in the outdoors, whether it is walking the dogs, boating in Duxbury Bay or skiing.
