She listened to what we were looking for and offered her honest opinion that helped us in many situations. Once we found a home we loved, she looked at it with us numerous times and once our offer was accepted, she really shined. We had an awful lender and a challenging seller's agent to deal with and Jess was always professional, keeping us in the loop as well as communicating our needs and concerns to third parties.
