About Jessica
With incredible warmth and passion, New York City real estate professional Jessica Perrizo makes it her mission to inspire confidence in clients as she ushers them toward their real estate goals. Jessica's real estate expertise is rooted in many ways in her successful career as an actor and dancer. Her extensive training allows her to truly hear and understand what each client's needs are. Performing has also honed her unwavering discipline, tenacity and ability to patiently teach others, all while displaying utter grace under pressure. Whether she's performing on Broadway or negotiating the perfect real estate deal for a client, Jessica consistently exceeds the challenging goals she sets for herself.

Jessica's interest in real estate was initially formed during her upbringing in North Dakota where her parents owned and managed rental properties. She saved every penny she earned from a Broadway Tour to buy her first New York City apartment on the Upper West Side, and was immediately hooked on the pride and stability of homeownership. Two years later, she entered the real estate brokerage profession full-time under the guidance of Greg Mire, who had been Jessica's trusted real estate agent when buying that very first apartment. Today, Jessica and Greg bring over 20 years experience to their loyal clientele.

Jessica knows firsthand that buying and selling real estate can be emotional and transformative, and she always acts as a centering, stable force for her clients throughout the process. This ability to be a dependable guide is bolstered by her honesty and integrity, which nurtures total trust in her clients and adversaries alike. Having been married to an award-winning architect and contractor, she has a keen appreciation for design and quality craftsmanship that is a boon to her clients looking to make wise choices.

Jessica resides with her two sons in Prospect Heights, Brooklyn. A consummate artist at heart, in her down time, she enjoys dancing, cooking and playing music on a number instruments she's determined to master one day.
