About Jessica
Jessica Peltier is a southerner through-and-through. Though she grew up in North Carolina, after graduating magna cum laude from NC State University, she made the move to Atlanta, where she has been living ever since.
After college, Jessica began working in medical consulting, which required extensive traveling. In 2014, she decided she wanted to settle down and got into real estate. Her consulting experience, as well as her various leadership positions in college, made her a natural. Her combination of sales and marketing prowess earned her the prestigious Rookie of the Year title after less than 12 months in the business and has made her one of Atlanta’s fastest-rising stars.
Though she has an impressive amount of experience under her belt, it’s Jessica’s attitude that truly sets her above the rest. Ambitious and dedicated, Jessica eagerly embraces each challenge that comes her way and thrives in Atlanta’s competitive, high-pressure environment. This mindset has won her numerous accolades, including being recognized as a Top Producer with the Atlanta Realtors Association and ranking within the top 10% of Atlanta realtors each of the past 6 years.
What she loves even more, though, is the people she gets to meet and help. Building each relationship on a foundation of trust and positivity, Jessica makes sure that each client feels confident in their decisions and set up for success throughout the process. This approach makes her a wonderful advocate for first-time homebuyers and seasoned buyers and sellers alike.
Jessica is also a great asset for those relocating to Atlanta. Passionate about the area, she is always willing to share her recommendations regarding its excellent restaurant scene and outdoor activities. Jessica has an impact on everyone she works with, evident by her long list of repeat clients.
Jessica’s hobbies include playing tennis (even acting as the captain of her women’s ALTA team), taking spin classes, and spending time on Lake Lanier and the Beltline with her husband Andrew, son Max and Goldendoodle Milli.
