We first met Jessica 2 years ago when we first started looking into buying. When we reached out on a for sale listing she responded immediately. She then went above and beyond researching and finding other listings for us to view. She set up a personalized portal and updated it regularly. When we decided to put the search on pause she was completely understanding and respectful. She did not send us unwanted solicitation during this pause. When we were ready to start looking this Spring, we reached out to her and again, she responded immediately and went to work! She does her research, she is gracious, kind, knowledgeable and extremely hardworking. She is also not pretentious and did not make us feel like we were “less than” because our budget was not for most of listings in this very expensive area. (I had an agent tell me one time that she “does not do mobile homes” because they are not worth her time). I would highly recommend Jessica to anyone who is looking to sell or buy.
