"I was originally recommended Jessica through a friend of mine, who is also a realtor but doesn't work in the area (Washington DC). So, from the beginning, I knew that Jessica would be a great realtor, simply because I trusted my friend's judgement. But, what I didn't know was how much I would learn about DC. The more I worked with Jessica, the more my eyes were opened regarding what neighborhoods, and what types of condo, would best suit me and my lifestyle. She showed us a large variety of different condos over the course of many months. Also, she was happy to answer any questions I threw at her, and she treated me like a friend, rather than a paycheck, candidly talking me through both her personal opinions as well as her professional ones. In the end, I am extremely satisfied with where I ended up, and I look forward to living here for the next few years. If I ever end up moving again in the DC area, I will definitely use Jessica as my realtor." - Andrew

"Jessica helped us buy a condo as first time home buyers. She was always patient, very responsive, knowledgeable, and helped navigate all of our (many) questions. We hit a snag with getting the certificate of occupancy for our unit but she was able to assist us in getting through that hurtle efficiently. I would highly recommend her and her group for anyone looking for a home or condo, especially in Northeast DC." - Melanie

"We had a wonderful experience working with Jessica! She was extremely responsive and helped us find a wonderful home in the middle of a global pandemic-- not an easy task! She met us at houses in the cold and the rain and with our screaming toddler... also not an easy task. We appreciated all of her advice and expertise as first-time homebuyers. She has an extensive knowledge of the local market and answered all of our questions promptly and clearly. We would recommend her to anyone looking to buy!" - Amy
