In Jesse Feldman’s 17+ years working in New York City real estate he has closed over $475 million of residential transactions. Jesse began his career as a property manager overseeing more than 1,000 units for several multi-family building owners and developers of co-ops and condominiums. His extensive knowledge of building operations, maintenance and construction enables his clients to have a broader scope into each transaction.
After training under one of the top brokers at Corcoran for several years, Jesse ventured out on his own, inspired by his father, a senior Manhattan commercial broker for more than 30 years. He now runs a successful team of agents at Compass.
With an academic focus in hotel management from the University of Delaware, Jesse knows the value of providing quality customer service. Forthright and conscientious, his ability to scour every detail of each transaction has earned him a large referral network from many repeat clients. Representing both buyers and sellers in Manhattan and Brooklyn has equipped Jesse with an encyclopedic memory of building data and neighborhood statistics, ensuring a more efficient journey to the closing table.
Jesse is an avid concert goer and is a long time resident of the Upper East Side where he lives with his wife and two sons.

During a successful career as an equity research analyst at Morgan Stanley and Deutsche Bank, Stacey developed the keen analytical skills that she now uses to gain valuable insight and significant knowledge with each move in the New York City Cooperative and Condominium markets. As a member of her co-op Board, she’s delighted to share insight and knowledge with clients on the way to finding them the perfect home or investment property.
Stacey studied Art History at Rutgers College and Creative Writing at the New School. She likes to put her writing skills to use to create a compelling narrative and is a Moth Grand Slam Champion, and regularly tells stories at various venues throughout the city and teaches storytelling at the Lenox Hill Neighborhood House. Stacey is also very active with her children’s schools and serves as the Co-President of the PTA of Eleanor Roosevelt High School.
