About Jerritt
As a native Austinite, Jerritt is grateful to be a part of the exciting real estate market in his hometown. With experience ranging from large tract farm & ranch to multi-million dollar residential properties, Jerritt utilizes his project management and service industry background to focus on his client's individual wants and needs. Licensed in 2003, Jerritt has since spent time growing his skill set as a PMP certified project manager in the commercial construction and I.T. industries. It is this expertise that he relies on to professionally manage everything from listings and make-readys to buyer tours and negotiations.
From the initial consultation to closing and beyond, Jerritt is integrated in the process. His vision statement is: "to grow my real estate family and build affectionate, dependable relationships by sharing wisdom & technical excellence in a fun and adventurous way."
Jerritt is an avid outdoor enthusiast. As an annual pass holder to our state and national parks, he loves overlanding and sharing nature with his son and boy scout, Jackson Danger Ray! As a single dad, Jerritt strives to make all family decisions with his son's best interest first. It is this same mentality that he carries through to his fiduciary relationship with his clients—making working with him, "like working with trusted family."
