About Jeremy:

In hopes of sparing you from the typical AI generated real estate agent bio I will tell you I grew up in the family real estate business and began practicing myself more than 20 years ago in Chicago. I moved to Wisconsin 10 years ago and took a break from full-time real estate to pursue a documentary filmmaking career and building production company. I traveled all over the country and the world. I continued helping my friends and associates navigate their real estate transactions for free because I was always good at it. Since documentary films don't make much money to support a family and six children, I got back in the business real estate business full time as an investor and brokerage consultant, which I love.  

Real estate has created so many opportunities to build lasting relationships of mutual benefit that go well beyond helping people buy and sell their homes or investments, and to me that is the best part. Making friends from business associates and working together long term. Whether you are a first time buyer or seasoned investor, I thrive in sharing advanced real estate concepts and investment strategies, from creative finance and tax benefits to help you make the best informed decisions to accomplish your future goals. 

 I spend my free time with my family, playing chess or classical music. We like to read classic literature and the Bible. We like to go hunting, fishing, and racing sailboats. I have competed in 10 Chicago Mackinac races. We live on country estate/hobby farm raising small livestock and honeybees, in the woods, with dogs and cats, where it is nice and quiet (with the exception of the six kids).
