About Jennifer
Jennifer, a California native, started her career in real estate sales in 2007. With a passion for helping people navigate the often complex process of selling a home, she earned the Rookie of the Year her first year with Vintage Sotheby’s International Realty in California.
Upon moving to Nashville, she continued to pursue her passion as a Nashville Realtor®.
She’s had the pleasure of helping numerous homebuyers and sellers all over the Greater Nashville area. As she has done so, she’s learned so much about what the various communities in the area have to offer and just how unique and special many of them are, not unlike her clients. Whether people are buying a home in Nashville, A historic beauty in Franklin or selling one, she credits her success to the fact that she listens. Many of the people she works with don’t know the area. They’re unsure where they want to live or which community best aligns with their personality, needs and lifestyle.
They turn to her to help them find that home and community they’ll absolutely love. By asking questions and learning about those she works with she’s able to go beyond, becoming a trusted guide through the buying and selling process. She never stops learning and growing to better serve her real estate clients. She's completed the Franklin Ambassador Program to expand her already rich knowledge of the City of Franklin, Brentwood and Williamson County.
In her 17th year of real estate, she obtained her Broker’s license and has received her CRS, ABR, CLHMS-GUILD designations while maintaining active membership in the National Association of REALTORS®, Tennessee REALTORS®, and the Williamson County Association of REALTORS®. Jennifer loves serving her community and is a proud trained registered Therapy dog team with Reading Paws and ARC Therapy Animals. Jennifer and her loving Golden doodle pup named Franklin visit many facilities, schools and organizations around Davidson and Williamson County.
As well as served as a member of the Downtown Franklin Rotary Group of Tennessee. She’s volunteered for Habitat of humanity builds, Graceworks and getting involved in many other organizations. She finds it extremely rewarding and loves to make a difference.
